User Generated Content

User-generated content (UGC) refers to any type of media that is created, submitted, and uploaded by users like you, rather than by the company. This can include things like images, comments, posts, texts, icons, links, user reviews, opinions, and feedback.
 

When you submit UGC, you agree that you have the rights and authority to do so, and that the content will not violate any laws or contain any unlawful or harmful content such as hate speech, violence, terrorism, racism, adult or pornographic content, or content related to illegal drugs or alcohol. The UGC should also not contain any content that infringes on the copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property, or privacy rights or creates a risk to an individual's safety or health. The content should also not be deemed unfair or deceptive under consumer protection laws or contain unauthorized commercial communications such as advertising, spam, or promoting any service or product. You also agree that any UGC generated by fake or unidentified users will be prohibited.
 

By submitting UGC, you grant the company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to view, use, display, reproduce, distribute, and make the content publicly available for promotion and redistribution. Additionally, other users will have a license to access and use your UGC through the service as permitted by the service's functionality and these terms.
 

The company reserves the right to monitor, censor, edit, remove, or delete any UGC at any time for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. If the company believes that UGC provided by you violates these terms, they may restrict your access or use of the services. However, the company has no obligation to monitor UGC, and they take no responsibility or liability for any UGC that you may find inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Any cause of action you might have relating to the Service or these terms is limited in time to one (1) year from the arising incident and will be permanently barred afterward.

Alterations to the Website or Offerings

We reserve the right to adjust, rectify, amend, augment, improve, make any other modifications to, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Offerings and any Material contained therein, without notice, at any time.
